Put our expertise to work for you
For over three decades our expertise in aircraft
engine electrical systems has made Skytronics a forerunner in the manufacturing, repairing
and overhauling of aircraft parts. Our electrical harness testing and overhaul program
incorporates the same standards of superior quality found in all Skytronics products - and
is directed by a jet-engine electrical technician with over 25 years of experience.
Don't just hold it... let us test it
For a modest investment, our team will clean and
visually inspect your harness, dry it, and perform a comprehensive continuity check. If
your harness checks out okay, we'll certify it as serviceable and attach the appropriate FAA
tag. You'll also receive an inspection report, detailing the results of both the
visual inspection and the electrical test.
You'll be notified quickly of any damage we find,
with a detailed assessment of the problem and an estimate of the time and cost involved to
repair it. *No repairs will be made without the written consent of the customer. In AOG
Situations, Skytronics can evaluate the harness and perform minor repairs within 72 hours.
*Repair estimates are based on the
results of the initial inspection, and are contingent on Skytronics not finding additional
problems once the harness is opened.
What our overall program will do to cut your
trouble shooting time in half:
The harness will be tested on our Main Engine
Electrical Harness Tester eliminating 99% of human error.
