3) Purchase order should contain bearing part number, serial number, engine serial number, hours on the bearing, waybill number and method of shipment of the bearing sent in for remanufacturing and any special instructions regarding bearing or engine history. Those bearings found not be acceptable for refurbishment may be returned with an inspection report (a fee of $100 will be charged for each bearing for handling). If the bearing may be scrapped at our facility, there is no handling charge. Return shipping instructions should be specified.

4) You will be informed in writing (FAX) within 5 working days, from receipt of bearing, at remanufacturing site, if the bearing is not repairable.

5) In approximately 30 days or sooner, remanufactured bearings will be returned to the customer, freight collect, per the instructions on the purchase order. An invoice and packing slip will be included referencing customer purchase order. A serviceable tag will be attached to parts.
