TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturer's liability under this Warranty is limited to replacement of Parts to the original owner as here provided. Manufacturer Warrants that these Parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods:

JASCO ALTERNATOR & VOLTAGE

REGULATOR AND VOLTAGE PROTECTOR

200 Hours of operation, 6 months

from date of purchase which ever

occurs first. Covers defective parts

replacement or repair only.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING SKYTRONICS LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty shall not apply to any part which has been altered, subjected to abuse, misuse or negligence, incorrectly installed or connected, or repaired by anyone not officially authorized for such work (in writing) by the manufacturer. All transportation charges on parts shall be borne by the owner. Under this Warranty the manufacturer is unable to refund any cost for Trouble Shooting or Field Repair paid by customer. Should the Parts covered by this Warranty fail to operate properly, the Warranty service work must be performed by Skytronics, Inc. in order for the owner to receive the benefits of this Warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, EXPERIENCED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY ON MANUFACTURERS PART AND NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR MANUFACTURER ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF SKYTRONICS MANUFACTURED PARTS.
